About
Mastri Financial.
Built on 13 years of blue-collar discipline, technical precision, and a no-BS approach to problem-solving.
From the
repair truck to
the financial plan.
For 13 years, I've operated Mastri Appliance here in Connecticut. In the repair business, there is no room for "maybe" — either a system works, or it doesn't. Either the cooling cycle runs, or it doesn't. Either the part is the right one, or you're back tomorrow.
That mindset doesn't get to take a day off. So when I founded Mastri Financial, I built it on the same blue-collar discipline, technical precision, and "no-BS" approach to problem-solving. I've seen firsthand how a single "broken part" in a financial plan — like a market crash or an unexpected illness — can stall a family's progress for years. My mission is to help you "troubleshoot" your retirement and insurance strategies before a breakdown happens.
"I work for my clients — not the insurance companies."
— Jimmy MastriAs a brokerage, Mastri Financial is built on a foundation of accountability and transparency. Being independent gives me the tactical edge to shop the entire market, ensuring we find the specific tools that fit your goals — rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all product that benefits the carrier more than you.
Whether we are shielding your home through Living Benefits or executing a Strategic Rollover, my focus is the same: protecting the legacy you've worked a lifetime to build.
Three principles
that don't negotiate.
Discipline Over Trends
Markets move on emotion. Strategies should not. Every recommendation is grounded in long-term fundamentals — not in whatever a financial pundit said last week.
Independent Brokerage
I don't work for an insurance carrier. I work for you. That means I can shop the entire market for the right tool — not the one with the highest commission to me.
Accountability First
13 years of running a service business teaches you something: customers remember whether you showed up. Same goes for financial strategies. I'm here for the follow-through.
If discipline matters to you,
we'll get along.
